Scheduled Maintenance Despite being very busy, my auto was serviced for a change of brake fluid in a reasonable amount of time. Refuse to service my car Lets back track. I took my 2017 civic about 3 weeks ago to get an oil change. I drop the car off at 11:45am the morning and they didn't finished with Lets back track. I took my 2017 civic about 3 weeks ago to get an oil change. I drop the car off at 11:45am the morning and they didn't finished with my car until around 3:20 PM. I spoke to Louis (Head Manager) to explain the situation to why it took so LONG to get an oil change,he told me " you're new here so thats why.. That was the biggest BS I'veever here. The reason why is because I service my cars there before. I went ahead a wrote review on google about how slow and inconsiderate they are.. fast forward to this date.Sat May 19, 2018. I took my 2017 honda accord to get an oil change. I explain to the guys at the front that I dont want to work with the same service guy I had because he was slow. Then I saw Luis came out and said " We are not going to service your car, leave this property " I was puzzled for a min. So I asked why? He said that's none of your business I dont need to tell you nothing."!. I told him I need an order of repair to show that I brought my car in and you are refusing to fix it. And I need the reason why. (I HAVE EVERYTHING ON CAMERA). He told me to leave and call the cops on me. I will submit and complaint on the Better Business Bureau. More

Sales DEPARTMENT amazing / Service department horrible Hello everyone i currently own 2017 civic si with 7xxx miles on the car & had issues with the battery failing / not holding a charge. The battery will Hello everyone i currently own 2017 civic si with 7xxx miles on the car & had issues with the battery failing / not holding a charge. The battery will be replaced after going to the dealer. Before it was replaced My rear brakes did not fully disengage, the dash did not have the brake light on it was off but still intact.. So while driving like this caused a lot of cutting on the rotor & created white blemishes & deep groved cuts . Th passenger side had more damage. I took the car to the dealer on Saturday. Explain the issue of the rear brakes locking on me for a short period which caused the damage on the rear rotors. The mechanics tried to duplicate the matter but was unable too due to the new battery was changed in the car. they pushed the car foward & back to see if anything was locked. Two mecahincs entered my car & test drove the car after replacing the battery & at the very end of them test driving my car when they arrive back to the garage in my dash camera they state because i am outside watching them test drive my car/ fix the car what they are going to do is get the computer sit in my car wait about 5 min take a break then give the car back & advise no problems. I did not know this til i got home. I told the sales manager this is not normal wear & tear because this is a FWD not a RWD & the damge is mostly on 1 side. I tried to explain multiple times but nothing. At this point one of the Mechanic that was in the car while it was being test driven told me to come back in a week say it's making some noises in the rear so they can resurface the disk which make no sense so they see & feel the damage but will not fix the issue. but i need to lie so it can be fixed i was extremely upset at this moment but it was mothers day the next day had things to do so i left. But I was furious after i heard all what these two guys said in my car. I went to the dealer today Tuesday 5/15 i spoke to the new sales manager explaining the whole ordeal & the reason why i came to speak to GM of the dealer but he wasn't there. I was then taken to the services department manager & to present the video. After i presented the video the service manager told me he see's no wrong in them acting / stating in the video like they are going to do something & not do it. What about those customers that aren't on there invesments / vehicles. what are the mechanic saying they are doing in the garsge but then not doing it?. Then The service manager made a remark stating they did the faking of sitting in my car with a computer because i ask for them to connect it to the car which i never did nor advise the the tech working on my car to do this.. I am not tech and know any codes would be thrown. I let them do there stuff no harrasment. Then THE SERVICE MANAGER told me I dont want to offend you, BUT For you to know when you get here my whole department is on there toes, there hair stands up on there neck, becasue you are a meticulous guy & want the things done your way & on top of your car. What i precieve from this the Services manager is basically Stating that i am very diffcult person/ customer to deal with because i am on top of my investment. I would think anyone buying a new car & only being 8 months old the owner be ontop of his investment, mind you this is the 2nd time i've ever interacted with this person/ service manager. The most unprofessional manager ive ever delt with & this person states he has 12 years under his belt but first thing to start the conversation was to insult & offend the customer, but before saying anything to me i was told dont get offended which makes everything after that okay to say to a customer... RIGHT! I myself work in customer service & us employees only have our customer service position because of the customers not because we do a great job. If customer stops coming & supporting an establishment / company they will no longer be afloat. Even as tiny of a droplet of water i am in the basket of aventura honda & this manager will just brush me off like nothing but i will have my voice heard in anyway i can broadcast my issue. i supported this location & i will no longer be coming here because how can i be certain repairs or anything on my car is being done if the manager of the services department in his eyes sees proof his employees saying to act like you did the job / inspection but don't do it. I called American honda i open a case already & going to another dealer to have a inspection so American honda can further investigate the matter. If an employee from this location chooses to reach out to me becasue of this review i would only like to speak to the general manager. More
