Javier Hernandez is the kind of employee every employer is looking for ! I had urgent need for "emergency" repairs (front axels). He took charge of my situation and got it done. I also spoke with Montevia, Brindy, Sergio, Lacilla, and Tito. All of them took time out of their busy day to speak with me. Their knowledge, hard work, and experience makes them important personnel at Honda of Aventura. They are true assets to the entire Honda organization. I also must mention the important technicians, who are working behind the scenes, and the young man who brought my car to me, when I was ready to leave. The advisors Javier, Armando, Evanggelos are very good people, with good service and good treatment. I cannot say the same about Roberto Herrera, who cares more about how to make the client spend more on people, with good service and good treatment. I can't say the same about those who do vehicle inspections, because every time I take the vehicle in for an oil change, the transmission "always" has to be serviced, even though one day I only went to change the oil in the transmission. transmission, however every time they tell me about the transmission. The last advisor's explanation was that when the car is taken to change engine or transmission oil, the technician loosens a screw, lets the oil drain, puts the screw in, and adds the oil, but they don't flush. What kind of service is this, because if a flush is needed, how often is it done, and why is it not done when the service is being provided, or is the client informed beforehand, to authorize it or not. In short, if I go to change the oil 4 times a year, all 4 times they tell me that something needs to be done to the transmission fluid. Maybe I going to change dealer for the next time. More
I made an appointment the day previous. I come in and stand by my car as there’s sales people inside their booths, no one coming out to help me? I’m standing there for almost 10 mins past my appointment time & still no help. When I saw their price for full synthetic oil change I then left. $90? Go anywhere else, including Honda & their price is no more than $70. Never coming back here again. Rip off & horrible service. More
Please RUN if you can! ! They will take advantage of you if you're a woman getting your car service and will tamper with your car. The morning crew are awesome and very kin ! Either way overall it's a no. Nobody should have to constantly send a man to ensure their car is being serviced properly. The manager is very kind and will do his job to correct his workers dirty work. However, somebody has to be held accountable. They literally messed up my car because I had the last APPOINTMENT for the evening and ruined my car. If you can get your car serviced in either Broward or Doral. More
The port guys were great and professional. However, that's all Honda Aventura had going for them. When I was there I and 5 other cars had to wait a long time. As only one advisor was working. I then over heard the manager asking other employees where a missing service advisor was. After awhile, they found him and unfortunately I was his next customer. He started out with a huge attitude, almost like he did not want to work. After all said and done I had about $2000 worth of service done to my car. All for nothing because the car was worse off then when I brought it in. I eventually took it to Largo Honda since I DID NOT TRUST Aventura and I did not want to have another miserable experience at Aventura Honda. I paid extra money on top for Largo Honda to fix the wrong doings of Aventura. Thanks for the waste of money and time. You should do better. More
Service gets a BIG ZERO. I scheduled 4 maint items. Two done properly. Other two - not so good. Asked for 3 wiper refills, got two. Asked for oil change with regular oil, I scheduled 4 maint items. Two done properly. Other two - not so good. Asked for 3 wiper refills, got two. Asked for oil change with regular oil, HOA put in full synthetic instead and for $25 more. Still waiting for refund. Horrible to nothing responses. Go somewhere else JH More
