Bad experience, not once, but twice!! Yes, my bad I gave them the chance to make it up for the first time. This review applies to both the Jeep and the Honda dealers. I contacted them following an advertised deal in Autotrader for a lease on a Jeep GC Overland. The internet sales person (Cecilia Riveron) got back to me right away confirming the deal. I decided then to head over the dealer but gave her a call beforehand to double check what she had told me before, I was told that a manager confirmed it. I took my wife and my 1 month baby boy in a rainy day and left to the place. Cecilia was already gone so I had to explained all over again to the sales person that almost laughed at me. I showed him the deal advertised in Autotrader and he coulnd't believe it. Called his manager and, es expected, he couldn't do anything about it. They both apologized and told me they din't have an idea as of why that deal was in Autotrader. Never heard back from the person that originally gave me the wrong information, not even to apologize. Two weeks later, without knowing they were both the same I contacted Aventura Honda inquiring about a Honda Pilot. Surprised when the same internet sales person Cecilia contacted me about it, I brought to her attention my situation from two weeks before. She came back to me with the price for the car I was inquiring and I liked it so I decided to give it another shot. Again I called her TWICE this time to make sure she had verified the information this time and she even emailed me with the confirmed numbers. Guess what?...yes, once I got there, she was long gone too and the manager wasn't even close to get me the price I was promised, even with the written offer. He apologized to me and said it was a mistake in the car trim. Again, another wasted trip with my 1 month old baby boy in another rainy evening. Never heard back from Cecilia. Leased our 2nd Honda Accord from this Dealer. The Salesman didn't show any features of the car. The car was not ready when promised. Every time we asked when the car would be ready they just said a couple of minutes. Finally we said we had to leave the dealership. The Salesman Robert said he would bring the car to us. Later he called and said he was not authorized to bring the car to us. I told him that would not work. He called back and said he would bring the car. The car arrived with less then 1/3 a tank of gas not the full tank promised. After 30 days the temp tag expired. I called the dealer and no tag had arrived yet they told me just stop in and we will give you another tag. We went to the dealer on thursday and were told the person in charge of tags was busy. We stressed the point we had to be at a function very soon and were in a hurry. We waited as long as we could but had to leave without a tag. We called Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday to the dealer with NO call back. Finally the Salesman called us at 6:20pm on Monday to inform us the tag had arrived. We will be getting another car when our three year lease is up but NEVER AGAIN from this dealership More
