Beware . Got lied to my face. With the rush i didnt confirm the info (my fault for trusting their knowledge) careful with their fees, they tried charging me . Got lied to my face. Then another 900 for dealer fee (search others they are cheaper and some will remove it) plus a separate insurance 399 so you are stuck going back to the same bad experience. Check the veihicle. I bought a used one. Engine oil service past due and was over filled!!! Forget about talking to them afterwards, the managers wont answer your calls... Salesman vlad, sales Manager burk and gsm joe dennis they all cover for each other. They are worse than the irs. I wish i would have read these feedbacks before wasting my money. I had a deal in another dealership same vehicle with real information lower price same terms. What a waste... If trading first go to carmax or autobuy. With their appraisal, i got these voulchers to increase their trade offer by $3000. Dont be fooled... More

Dishonest i have been buying my cars from this location for past several years. i had a great experience. but they have changed ownership recently and they ar i have been buying my cars from this location for past several years. i had a great experience. but they have changed ownership recently and they are not truthful. i sold my car to them and leased a new car from them they are supposed to give me check, they have been giving me the run around for past 2 weeks, i have asked for explanation of charges and deal structure they sent me to to different person. i think they raised the value of the new car that i leased in order to buy my car at the price i was asking with out telling me and then rushed me to sign the documents with out explanation. Fortunately for me I'm older and patient, just fed up with this whole experience. Next time deal with a car agent, avoid this dealership business. More
Deceiving and lied to!!! If you lease a car at this dealership make sure you don't get conned and deceived by the finance guy- Leo. You need not buy anything additional ! Unless you know your car will have more than 500.00 in damages at the end of the lease or you will exceed the 36,000 mile mark . If that's the case rethink the lease and buy instead. In my case - I drive 25,000 maybe 30,000 miles in a 3 year period - and when I turn the car in - it's in mint condition. So, the finance guy tricked me into buying a - maintenance contract - which he repeatedly said cost me 189.00 - and I quote:"even though it appears as 525.00 on the contract it really isn't - it's just that, that's the way I have to work out the numbers cause you are not giving any down " so, when I got the maintenance booklet it clearly stated I paid 561.75. Luckily, I was able to cancel it within 60 days of lease date . Secondly I was shafted a "total loss protection wrap" which you have no choice in getting (in my opinion it's called sliding )- it is a dealer must have. Costing 329.00 which basically covers your car in the event of a total loss they give you 2500.00 towards a new Honda. Who told them I would want another Honda ? This is not gap insurance! This is a dealer fee!!! Unique to Aventura Honda. Thirdly, I was deceived and lied to into buying a "lease end protection" plan costing $595.00. The way the finance guy "Leo" sold it to me was by claiming that Hondas $500.00 waiver would be invalid if the cars damages (if any) exceeded the 500.00 mark. In other words, if at the time my lease is over I had 4 door dings that totaled 501.00 - Hondas 500.00 waiver would be null and void thus needing to buy this warranty --- downright lie!!! In the event you have 1,000 worth of damages when you turn in your car - the first 500.00 is waived by Honda- "the difference" is your responsibility . Lastly , he conveniently omitted to tell me that the "turn in fee" which is also built in to your lease agreement is $350.00. So, basically I could have saved myself an additional 900.00 if i would have gone elsewhere !! buyer beware!!! Don't get conned into buying additional crap - read everything in detail before you drive off / More
