Reasonable once you let them know you are serious I wanted to talk numbers first, but the salesman insisted I take a test drive first. Once that was over with, we talked numbers (which of course didn't add up once I got home and did the math) and a couple of days later when I went back, we were able to reach a deal. The reason the numbers were off were due to a bunch of their 'fees' being tacked on. Beware of these fees and make sure you understand what they all represent. More

Manager Had A Terrible Attitude- Buyer Beware I was recommended to Honda of Aventura by Costco Auto. As I live in the Boca Raton area, I would typically purchase a car closer to my residence. Wi I was recommended to Honda of Aventura by Costco Auto. As I live in the Boca Raton area, I would typically purchase a car closer to my residence. With so many Honda dealerships closer to my residence, there would be very little reason to drive so far out of my way. After speaking to the Costco representative Sebastian at the Honda of Aventura dealership, I decided that I would consider purchasing from him because he could make me a deal that would be worthwhile. We worked out most of the details. However, some of the details remained unclear. After several days of no contact, I received a text from Sebastian asking to confirm an appointment to come to the dealership and purchase the vehicle. I kindly stated that we need to nail down the rest of the details before I drive all the way to Aventura. As the reason I am willing to drive this extended distance was all predicated on the deal! This is where all the confusion began... I received a text from the manager, Michael. Michael is the Manager of the sales that are initiated by Costco members. I stated to Michael in my text reply that the deal was not fully laid out and I wanted to be certain before I take the drive to Aventura. I asked for something in writing. This request was denied. I asked for a telephone call to hear the details. Michael Called me... Michael was not happy about calling me. Michael was annoyed that I was not willing to come into the dealership without going over the details first. Michael implied that I as the customer, I should know the details well enough to not have to confirm them. Michael did not want to take the time to go over the details with me. I was told that I am not the right type of customer for this dealership. Did Michael mean that a well-informed, cost-conscious consumer, is the wrong type of customer for his dealership? Is this only for Costco member customers or all the customers? I was about to receive the basic bait and switch. You know, tell you one thing and give you another! I am writing this review for others to be mindful of my experience with Honda of Aventura. Buyer Beware!!! More
Great experience! I have been getting my Honda Civic serviced at Honda of Aventura for the past 6 years, and they always do a great job. They finish the job on time and I have been getting my Honda Civic serviced at Honda of Aventura for the past 6 years, and they always do a great job. They finish the job on time and sometimes earlier than expected. All of their Service Advisors, including Christian Leguizamo are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend that fellow Honda drivers get their car serviced at Honda of Aventura! More

RUN AWAY! ANYWHERE ELSE WOULD BE BETTER THAN HERE Shady dealership, and even shadier Sales Manager (Mike). Went to Honda of Aventura because of the Costco auto buyer program. Went to look at a new Hon Shady dealership, and even shadier Sales Manager (Mike). Went to Honda of Aventura because of the Costco auto buyer program. Went to look at a new Honda Civic 2019 to lease for my dad. After some back and forth on the pricing, came to an agreement on the car. Since we were turning in a 2015 Honda Civic lease, they had agreed to make the 1 final payment remaining due to $750 loyalty cash back Honda offered. This was in January. Fast forward to March, and they didn't make the payment. Now they are saying that was never part of the deal. WHY WOULD I LEASE A NEW CAR, TURN IN THE OLD ONE, AND STILL PAY FOR IT???When I called to inquire , I received a call from Mike. He went as far as saying "you are right, but we're not making the payment" and practically told me to deal with it. This is all over a $235.00 payment. I PLEAD WITH ANYONE READING THIS TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If they are willing to to be shady for such a small amount of money, it's anybody's guess how far they would go on to screw you. These reviews on GOOGLE are HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS, LOOK AT THEIR YELP REVIEWS, TREMENDOUS DISPARITY IN REVIEWS. DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
