The staff in the maintenance/service department are extremely polite and helpful. The gentleman, Javier, took care of me during my last visit and he was incredibly nice. My favorite part about coming to Honda Aventura is the waitroom. They have the best coffee and vending machines for snack options. Overall, I enjoy Honda aventura however, I still dislike management and the car salesman people. I had a bad experience with them and is why I bought my car at another Honda location. Management and sales reps are rude and a bunch of xxxxxxxx; would not recommend if you’re looking for understanding, reasonable and compassionate people/transaction(s). More

Best Experience I first went to another dealership and had a pretty horrible experience. They didn’t even try to work with me or show me the car I wanted. I looked up Honda of Aventura and spoke with Brandon on the phone. He made me an appointment with Robert. I had a wonderful time, Robert showed me the car I wanted and took me for a test drive. They went above an beyond to get me approved and driving my new car home that evening. I could not be any happier!! I strongly recommend this dealership and am now a loyal customer. More
