Your service dept. sales person is a crook! I went to your dealership and was helped by Henry Calero. My air conditioner on my 2017 Civic was cooling on one side but not the other. After sitti I went to your dealership and was helped by Henry Calero. My air conditioner on my 2017 Civic was cooling on one side but not the other. After sitting in your waiting room for 2 hours he told me the compressor was out and had to be replaced. Said it was not covered under warranty and the cost would be close to $1300. Henry said he would order compressor that next morning as it was not in stock. Two days later I contact him and he had never ordered it. Being very upset that he had not done what he told me I looked for another source to repair my car. I was told by another repair shop that there had been a recall on the condenser of the 2017 -2018 Honda Civics. I contact Holman Honda in Sunrise, Fl and ask about the recall and I also looked on line and saw that there was an issue and that Honda was covering all warranties on the Civic even if they were out of the standard warranty because of the issue. I took my car to Holman Honda and they replaced the condenser the same day and charged me $0 dollars. The compressor was fine and only needed the condenser replaced. Well, I believe that says it all! Aventura Honda and the sales person Henry Calero were not telling the truth and was going to take $1300 from me for something not needed and it was covered by Honda! That is nothing more than stealing from me as a customer who was there believing what they told me. I will never recommend them and do not ever trust Henry Calero! This is pure and simple theft!!! More
