This is the worst Honda dealer in all off Miami Dade and Broward County - have purchased several Hondas over the last few years in various states and locations in Miami dade and this has been the worst experience .. First off all they act like they're giving you a discount because of the KBB price when realistically you aren't getting a discount off they're listing price which is what the car is selling for not KBB price Secondly a $1495 CERT fee because the car is Certified? This is the most bogus charge I've ever seen no Honda has ever tried to charge this . $899 Doc fee is also ridiculous but that's fine since it is Florida standard . But then they add a $671 "Non tax fee" - real slick trying to hide that in there . Lastly - running my credit , then not showing me my score or what my interest rate is going to be in the price print out is unethical . Show the customer the rate you should be receiving , should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves . Going to be reporting this dealer to Honda National and BBB More
