I highly recommend Honda of Aventura. Everyone there is friendly, welcoming, patient, and kind. Armando went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He listened to my concerns, and treated me with professional courtesy. Armando shows commitment to his job, and provides an excellent level of service. I also spoke with Montevia, Brindy, Sergio, Lacilla, and Tito. All of them took time out of their busy day to speak with me. Their knowledge, hard work, and experience makes them important personnel at Honda of Aventura. They are true assets to the entire Honda organization. I also must mention the important technicians, who are working behind the scenes, and the young man who brought my car to me, when I was ready to leave. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, polite and sincere. Thank you Honda of Aventura. I appreciate all of you. More
Walked in there and it took 5 min to find an English speaking salesperson. Ok fine… it is Miami 🤷♀️. Then I looked at a preowned I had seen they had in stock online which was the purpose of going ou speaking salesperson. Ok fine… it is Miami 🤷♀️. Then I looked at a preowned I had seen they had in stock online which was the purpose of going out there… After all the fees they tacked on, it was the same price as a new 2024. About $7,000 above what was advertised. The salesperson absolutely couldn’t answer questions without running to the manager every 2 seconds. The atomization table they gave me with the % they quoted was completely inaccurate. Then they told me that Honda finance(who I’ve financed through since 2019 and have never missed a payment with) could only do 13% and again, the payments on the table they provided for that were not accurate. Math is not subjective. The answer is the answer regardless of who is interpreting it. I was asked if I wanted it run through a different bank. Absolutely not! I told them no and walked out. 2 days later I receive a letter from MY bank about a loan being run with them. I never consented to that! They should not be running my info still!! As a long standing Honda customer, I was absolutely appalled by this dealership! Even more appalled by the fact that Coral Springs Honda pulled the exact same vehicle for me, the price was what I’d expect, AND 4% apr through Honda Financial with an accurate table and the exact payments I was asking for. SIGN AND DRIVE! I recommend them 1000 times over this disaster of a place!! Be very careful and ALWAYS double check every little thing this dealership says. Don’t trust anything that comes out their mouths. I certainly won’t be back. More
The advisors Javier, Armando, Evanggelos are very good people, with good service and good treatment. I cannot say the same about Roberto Herrera, who cares more about how to make the client spend more on people, with good service and good treatment. I can't say the same about those who do vehicle inspections, because every time I take the vehicle in for an oil change, the transmission "always" has to be serviced, even though one day I only went to change the oil in the transmission. transmission, however every time they tell me about the transmission. The last advisor's explanation was that when the car is taken to change engine or transmission oil, the technician loosens a screw, lets the oil drain, puts the screw in, and adds the oil, but they don't flush. What kind of service is this, because if a flush is needed, how often is it done, and why is it not done when the service is being provided, or is the client informed beforehand, to authorize it or not. In short, if I go to change the oil 4 times a year, all 4 times they tell me that something needs to be done to the transmission fluid. Maybe I going to change dealer for the next time. More
