Very reasonable price to replace a couple of taillights that burned out, along with a complete oil change. Inconsistent Sometimes it is great and sometimes it's like they dont know what they are doing. I dropped it off for the day and at the end of the day I was told they were expected to be delivered that day and they were not actually delivered. I would have much rather waited 1 more day until they physically had them instead of wasting a day. They were supposed to call back once they had the parts to reschedule and did not. After I called in and found out they had the parts in now they did a great job on the actual install. Ive had similar issues with some scratch repairs and not having the right repair guy scheduled or overbooked. Oil changes go well. More

The people who work there are amazing however parts and labor are extremely over priced. I still purchased oil changes for life when buying my vehicle because the staff is amazomg and 100 percent goes out labor are extremely over priced. I'm curious as to how my break pads have GROWN over the last YEAR. My last 4 visits they were a 2 to a 1 to 2 up to a 5! Like what.... this just tells me the tech isnt actually taking care or concern of me or my vehicle when I drive. Now I have to gk to an alterntive shop to ensure my pads are actually okay. More
