As a 67 year old with health issues I was concerned with waiting inside the dealership the 2 hours it took to service my car. It as way too cold and raining/snowing to stay outside. At my request they brought a car up for me to wait in. I told them i didn’t need it running but they left it running with the flashers on so I’d know which car it was. They left the heat and even heated seat on. They told me they completely understood my concerns. I felt VERY valued as a customer Also - . It was 2018 Honda CRV which is a newer model than my current CRV. I had lots of time to check out the interior and found several improvements. Good info for when I start shopping soon for a replacement for my current CRV. More
Vehicle owners are kept informed of progress of work on vehicle. Comfortable watiing room accommodations. The work done was fine, I had to return 3 times for it to be complete and as a leaser was not happy about that mileage having to be used as I don't live in Ames. We had an unexpected brake repair needed on our Honda Pilot two days before leaving on a cross country move. I took the car in, Bill diagnosed the problem, got a mechanic right on it and had it fixed th Pilot two days before leaving on a cross country move.
