With this covid every where, signs on your door put on face mask, I as well as other customers followed the rules. I was upset waiting and seeing office lady's walking around no mask on, also some guys fr face mask, I as well as other customers followed the rules. This low rating 2 stars has nothing to do with service preformed on my pilot ,but everything to do with your people not following the mask mandate. Also waiting i did not see anyone cleaning the counters or chairs as customers were leaving. We were told the recalls would take 1.5 hours to complete when we made the appointment. The work took over 2.5 hours to finish. We had to push back other appointments we had for the day. My oil change and tire rotation was quick but as I was driving home I realized my hood was not fully latched as it was bouncing in the wind. Had to pull over on Hwy 30 and secure it.
