We obtained an oil change and wheel rotation. Our scheduled time was 2:30 and they got us right in. We had a starting problem with our Honda CRV. I called the 800 number for the Ames< Iowa dealership and talked with Jonathon in service. The service people took the car in ran their tests and had to replace the battery, it had a cell that was weak and wouldn't hold a charge. So this was causing our problem with starting and it was fixed. More

1st time that I was disappointed in the experience, I have been using this dealership for over 20 yes Service time was longer than normal for oil change and tire rotation.
