Ended up with grease all over my white shirt, after my last oil change, and was pleased when I was told my car would be detailed when I returned the next day for a $300 repair. That’s a far cry from having my car detailed as promised. For over 30 years, I have always chosen Honda of Ames for their customer service, and in addition have purchased 3 new Honda’s from them. I will never feel a level of trust there again. More

I bought a used vehicle here and usually love the service. This time I had a young man greet me and immediately disrespected my brand of vehicle, which is a Chevy, purchased at Honda of Ames.
