They have the best service department of any car dealership I have ever gone to. I am 76 so I have dealt with other service departments. Mel is the best as he knows what he is doing and has excellen dealership I have ever gone to. I am 76 so I have dealt with other service departments. Usually I’m quite pleased with this dealership, but not this service visit. If I request for something to be done for my vehicle, then they should do it. When I made my appointment, I requested an oil ch this service visit. If I request for something to be done for my vehicle, then they should do it. When I made my appointment, I requested an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I requested an oil change and a tire rotation. When I check out, the employee tells me that they didn’t rotate the tires because the front ones had better treads. He also noticed that he charged me for the tire rotation and had to redo the paperwork. When I looked at the paperwork, the service employee rated the tires as equal. More

Technicians and service advisors both have a good understanding that my car is, well, cursed and they have taken great care of my car despite the fact that it has so many bizzare issues.
