The service team is questionable. I only take the vehicle for an oil change there because we paid for lifetime changes. Use high pressure sales tactics to sell you filters. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Of course they tried to upsell a wheel balance for $78. Cheaper at a tire dealer. I did however have the engine air and cabin air filter changed.
