We were travelling through Ames on a road trip and needed a headlight replaced. The dealership was so friendly and easy to work with, we were relieved they were available to help! We purchased this car less than a month ago and already have to fix 3 issues with it. I would think a dealership with their own service center would be double checking the cars that come in before putting have to fix 3 issues with it. I would think a dealership with their own service center would be double checking the cars that come in before putting them on the website for purchase. Still like the car and we are getting it fixed just disappointed and most likely not purchase for Honda of Ames again. Nice staff -just disappointed overall. More
