I take my Honda Civic to Honda of Ames every 3 months for an oil change and service. They check everything over and if there is an issue I have them take care of it. Friendly, but didn’t fix the issue with my car. I came in for an upgrade of my TPMS software. All they did was reset the TPMS. Told me I didn’t need the upgrade. Guess what has been coming on ever I came in for an upgrade of my TPMS software. All they did was reset the TPMS. Told me I didn’t need the upgrade. Guess what has been coming on everyday since the reset. I’ve been resetting the xxxx thing at least once daily, sometimes twice. At least the reset they did was free of charge. More

Didn't give me an accurate description of what was wrong. Only looked at it and told me it would be thousands of dollars. Then I got a call the next day asking if I wanted to buy a new car from them.
