I had time scheduled for this dealership to look at my sliding door and complete an oil change. When I arrived they looked it over and after about 45 minutes to an hour they let me know parts would be nee sliding door and complete an oil change. When I arrived they looked it over and after about 45 minutes to an hour they let me know parts would be needed and my oil change would be done when I brought it back in. 1 week later I returned for the oil change and to fix the door. I spent 6 hours at the dealership and upon leaving I checked the doors to ensure they were functioning after being told the vehicle checked out great. The other sliding door was not working and then to be told we will have to order another door motor. 2 weeks went by with no call back. After 2 follow up attempts it is finally scheduled. In the meantime I have traded the van in and am glad someone else can deal with the customer service group. More
