Taking 3 months to repair vehicle and not providing a rental car is not acceptable. Hondas warranty is worthless. We are now Hyundai palisade owners after this experience. More

I already reached out to your gm and he didn't respond. I talked to corporate Honda and they were no help. I also spoke to your manager of maintenance. I tried to trade the car to get out of this. This is just an empty response to save public face. If you actually cared you would have helped when the problem was occurring. Engine failures at 60k miles are not acceptable and the 3 month repair was not acceptable. I now have a junkyard engine with a big orange spray paint stripe on it that doesn't look like the original engine with no rental car. That's what Honda calls a warranty repair. You had plenty of opportunities to make this better and failed to do so. You already have all the details as to what happened. I have been driving Hondas since 2006 and now I will never buy a Honda again.
