They charged us for a tire rotation that we did not ask for. Felt very taken as the guy helping us did not explain they did a tire rotation and tried to make it sound like the higher price for the oil cha for. Hopefully you do not give them commissions on services done which would encourage being fraudulent. I have decided not to go back to this dealer due to numerous bad service at this dealer. More

I’ve driven all over this country in this car, stopping at quite a few Honda dealerships along the way. I sincerely doubt there will ever be a more devoted employee or better communicator with customers th at quite a few Honda dealerships along the way. I sincerely doubt there will ever be a more devoted employee or better communicator with customers than Mel Crawley. Matt seems to be following in Mel’s footsteps. Kind, thoughtful they manage to serve the needs of the customer while remaining true to Honda’s highest expectations. Alex went out of his way on this visit, walking with me out to the parking lot and even drove my car over to me to make it easier since I use a walker. Everybody at this dealership goes the extra mile to help each customer by providing the kind of service the customer can trust whether driving to the grocery store or thousands of miles to view a historic rocket launch.
