He not only e-mailed us, but called us several times to let us know about the progress of the delivery of our van. He also fully explained the new features on our van in a patient and professional manner.Lee even called us to follow up on how our trip home went . Wow !!Just Wow After a bad experience at Toyota of Des Moines (asked for $200 down payment before they could run my credit app) I was discouraged and gave up on gett After a bad experience at Toyota of Des Moines (asked for $200 down payment before they could run my credit app) I was discouraged and gave up on getting a new vehicle. I currently have less than perfect credit and expected a rate of 9.9% on a used car like I am receiving now. Working with Doug was a pleasure. He turned my car buying experience around. Made it a pleasure and did all the leg work. He got me into a BRAND New 2014 Nissan Sentra with a 0.9% rate. I could not believe it! I got $1,500 dollars more for my trade than the other dealership offered me. I am so pleased with my new car the the way I was treated by Doug. Let's not forget JT from the wonderful finance dept who worked so hard for me. I will be back for maintenance and oil changes and refer everyone I know to Honda and Nissan of Ames ! More
