Together they were able to get me a lower payment than my original lease with more features on my Civic. We had a lot of laughs and they are so helpful and understanding of what it means to work within a budget. No pressure to get something more expensive-in fact the exact opposite! I have never had a better experience and as long as they work there they will have me and my daughter as customers as well as anyone else we can talk into going. You guys are helpful, understanding, tolerant ;-), and so much fun! I really cannot say enough good things about my car leasing experience with you! Thank you also Richard for the followup call to see if I am able to figure out the new-fangled contraptions on my car. More

I have to say everything we were told by our sales person who contacted us following our initial inquiry regarding a vehicle which was already sold, was accurate & truthful. Aaron notified us that there was another vehicle on order by his dealership that was the exact model & color we wanted. We were very pleased with Aaron Warren's service & expertise who went out of his way along with Scott Mattis in the finance dept, after normal business hours to make sure we were able to successfully complete the purchase upon making the 1.5 hour trip to Ames late one evening. More

They are professionals and know what they are doing. The sales department is a different story. I bought three Honda cars during the last ten years, none of them at Honda of Ames. There prices are inflated, the offers on trade-in cars are laughable, and they are not in a mood for serious negotiations. So I had to buy my cars (used and new) in other Iowa dealerships, and I expect to do the same in the future. More

The best in town. I have had some recent bad luck lately, and have had to spend a lot of time at local car dealerships in the past couple of weeks. Honda of Ames absolutely blew every other car dealership out of the water. They will do everything imaginable to get you the vehicle you want at the price you desire. I am absolutely thrilled that I went to this dealership and we were able to make it all happen. If you are ever in a bind or just looking to update what you're driving, I would highly, highly reccommend Honda of Ames. Their team is ready to pretty much hand everything over to you on a silver platter just to see you walk away with a smile on your face. I will definitely be returning and referring for future business. More
Despicable customer service We bought a 2015 Odyssey from this dealership and took it in for its first oil change. They said it was leaking oil around the head gasket. Major engine repair. Obviously happened in the factory, but the dealership was not interested in helping us. We wanted to trade for a new van and they just wanted to make things worse by first, not wanting anything to do with us and then offering us $3,000 less than trade in value on our van - For something that Honda should have stood behind in the first place? The most horrible lack of caring or customer service that we have ever experienced. Honda Corporation wouldn't stand behind their product any more than the dealership. As long as it is under warranty, they will fix it. But with a major engine repair like that, it is likely we will have more problems so we have to worry every time we drive it. Don't ever buy anything from Honda, OR this dealership!! More
