Honda of Ames was JUST RIGHT from me! I found the salesman to be honest and he “listened “ to what I WANTED. He did not try to “push” me into something else. I had already spent a couple of months researching replacement make and model of sedan; location of dealerships; dealerships with business relationships with my credit unions; financing; to lease or buy; the vehicle insurance rates different vehicle makes; and, narrowed down the model I wanted based on test driving at a dealership nearer to my town. I wanted a 2017 EX based on amenities and cost. I was tired of salesmen who did not answer my questions. Jerry Hebrink answered my specific questions as did Steven Shea. The dealership manager was friendly. They were all NON-PRESSURE folks. Several people had already shared positive comments about Honda of Ames with me. I was pleased.
