I have gotten SCREWED OVER by this dealership. I bought a car that most likely needs a new engine and had the issue at the time I purchased it but was told everything was “fine”. It’s been 9 month I bought a car that most likely needs a new engine and had the issue at the time I purchased it but was told everything was “fine”. It’s been 9 months and they STILL haven’t fixed my car. They keep delaying it. They were allegedly trying to find a used engine to replace mine with but it’s been over a month and I haven’t heard back from them. This has been a nightmare experience and there isn’t any end in sight. I’m an easy going guy, but this experience has been so frustrating. Mel is a nice guy, but he hasn’t been overly helpful and certainly lacks any urgency to make sure the customer is taken care of. Overall, I would have a very difficult time recommending this dealership. I would love for that to change, but I’m finding it unlikely that they will take care of me. More
