Good place, just needs a couple minor improvements. We went to purchase a used car, I scheduled the visit the night before to make sure the car was available. I told the sales rep I would be there around noon the next morning and then left a message the next morning I would be there around 11:00 am. My two recommended improvements are: 1. The car had been for sale for a few days but had not been cleaned from the last owner. Altjough I did purchase this vehicle,, I had left three other dealerships because they did not clean the cars they were selling. To me, this is a pride issue, why clean the after it sells rather that prior to showing it for sale. 2. When we test drove the vehicle, the owners manual was in the glove box. After they cleaned the car and we had been home a few days, I went to read the owners manual to learn about some functionality of the vehicle and the owners manual was not there. My second recommendation is to leave the owners manuals in the vehicle when cleaning the vehicle. I now have to find a set of owners manuals that appear to be about $50-$100 depending on the manuals I want to replace. Other than that, it was a good place to visit. Because on these two items I gave 4 stars. More

Service was prompt and courteous - remains to be seen if results were positive. Car had ran down the battery twice in two weeks, service seemed to think I had left the lights on - which was not the case, I results were positive.
