Purchased a Honda Fit in December 2020. Finance manager said he would email copies of the paperwork to both me and my spouse's email addresses. They were not received. We realized a loan payment would be due in early January and called the dealer again (four times). We did not even know who the lender was (we knew the payment, just not who and where to send it to and what account number. We were advised Bank of America was the lender and he would send the copies to us by email or fax. Three days later, still not received. More
