Includi complimentary oil change and tire rotation from the Fred Bean Honda dealership regarding a $513.98 charge for a $5.50 wheel stud replacement. Including an offensive charge of $44.98 listed as “customer pay environment/supplies for repair order”. My local mechanic told me the repair should be around 1-1/2 hours so maybe $150-$175. At Beans Honda the labor hours were not listed just a labor total of $429.95 to install a $5.50 part. This certainly feels like what the president refers to as “greedflation”. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I got a very vague soft reply from management about their concerns for customers but nothing specific like a name to call or a credit voucher…..something tangible. I’ll remove my comments when I feel Beans Honda takes customers reviews seriously. Thanks More
