This is not the well run service shop I’ve experienced in the past, Kenny was the best! The new management is not organized. I showed up on Monday 1/2 at 1:30 and turned away. Was told to come back the next day between 10 and 12 and would be taken right away. Showed up at 11:30 and didn’t leave until 2:30. I complained and was told oil changes were done from 1-3. Bottom line. Was told the wrong info by an employee and wasted a good part of my day sitting at the dealership waiting. I will never return there for service and will not recommend to anyone i know. All staff should be giving out the same info to customers. More

Fixed my flat tire in a reasonable amount of time, then replaced my battery when my CRV wouldn't start. If you have a dead battery, no better place to happen than at the dealer!
