Overall was satisfied with the buying process. Vehicle that was listed online was not available at dealership, but the manager offered other options that fit what I was looking for. Sales employee Andrew Gray was overall knowledgeable and helpful in the buying process and I felt he cared about me receiving quality service and finding a car that fit my needs. Dealership was clean and welcoming. Only complaints are that the buying process was rather long. I came in at 9:30am and made a verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle around 11:30am. I was not out of the dealership with my car until 3:55pm. Almost 5 hours seems like an unreasonably long time to complete the loan and paperwork process. Also after finance paperwork was completed I was told by finance staff and the counter that Andrew would be back in a minute. I waited about 15 minutes until he returned. I was told he was with another customer which made me feel as if my needs as a current buyer weren’t being made a priority, especially as I made it clear at 11:30am that I had to leave by 4pm. Overall though I am satisfied with the vehicle I received and the treatment I was given. More

I saw 2023 HONDA CRV EX-L on this dealership online for MSRP $36900 on 2/23. I called the dealership and talked to Ilya. When I talked to him in the morning, I requested for discount on MSRP, he told he wi MSRP $36900 on 2/23. I called the dealership and talked to Ilya. When I talked to him in the morning, I requested for discount on MSRP, he told he will try for that but cant promise. I went to the dealership evening for test drive. Again I requested for discount, he told he will speak to his manager about it. Meanwhile, I paid $2500 from credit card for booking the car. My expectation was to get the car delivery on 2/23 itself but Joe McClain was slow in processing the transaction by that time bank was closed so I couldn't take cashier check to pay the remaining balance. Ilya said he is off on Friday 2/24, so I have to come back again on 2/25 to get the car. Nowadays almost every dealer selling the car on MSRP with or w/o discounts, it was old story that market adjustment(markup over MSRP) is removed now and we are selling at MSRP. Selling at MSRP is not deal, but this dealership advertised me like they are selling the cars at MSRP. Now the semiconductor chip demand is eased and more cars started coming to dealership inventory. Instead of providing discounts on MSRP, dealerships just tricking the customers saying they sell cars on MSRP. MSRP is manufactures suggested retail price & selling over MSRP were few months ago, not any more. On 2/25, I went to dealership to take delivery of the car. paid remaining balance with cashier check. I paid full cash(outright cash), not financed. I expected some discounts or complimentary life-time oil changes or complimentary accessories but my expectations were never met. Instead I was told, they can't make every customer happy. The floor manager Joe McClain never talked to me when I requested for discounts or complimentary life-time oil changes or complimentary accessories through Ilya. He just came to me to say bye on 2/25 when I was about to leave with the car. I had to explain them about honda service pass which honda itself offer for 2 years. They have their own rewards for 3 oil changes for 3 years but its meaningless for me since honda service pass covers 2 year oil change. On 3/7, Manager Andrew helped me to get cargo tray for my CRV. After waiting for 21/2 hrs , Manager Andrew pitched in and resolved my issue. Thanks a lot to him. Nevertheless my overall experience is not pleasant with this dealership. It could be due to the new employees in sales department are in-experienced , Manager Andrew assured me to improve the service & experience. More
