Did not even put the plastic cover back on the engine before I left, did not reset the dashboard after completing the oil change. Not even sure the did the oil change if I am being honest. The service rep that finally came to my assistance, ICR, was competent and polite and resolved the issue, I believe. That’s the problem, I’m not sure if the problem has been resolved as of yet. I brought the vehicle back three times and still got a negative warning on my panel about low tire pressure. After service, one tire was at 45 pounds and all three others were 35 pounds after three prior visits. Again I’m hoping that it is resolved at this time. By the way, I did purchase a new tire and had them balanced and rotated so I’m not sure how this occurred, but I’m hoping it’s not a sensor issue and that the problem has been resolved. This is a new experience for me with the service department as I was loyal to Sussman Honda prior to this. Hopefully this will be resolved and in the near future I would recommend people to use the service center. Not sure at the moment is my honest answer. Hope this helps. More
