My experience was poor, way below expectation. First, I visited because I was having issues with my 2016 Honda Pilot emission. Additionally, after the emission light kept coming on and off for a w First, I visited because I was having issues with my 2016 Honda Pilot emission. Additionally, after the emission light kept coming on and off for a while, a noise coming from the engine. I was told I had to pay $195. for a separate diagnostic for the noise, which I did. I was then given a diagnostic with NO definitive issue. or solution for the noise. I was then told the fuel injectors parts were not in stock and someone would call me when they arrived. A few weeks went by and no one called. I finally reached out to Honda and was told the part came but was used on someone else's car, and they would reorder mine. The following week I received a call they received parts. I dropped my car off again, and also had them do an oil change since they mentioned this was a way to see if there was any metal coming from the engine which could possibly be linked with noise in engine. There was NO metal found in the oil so that scenario was ruled out. While driving home, I noticed the noise was still coming from the engine, and since the diagnostic I paid for wasn't helpful, I called Honda. I was asked to bring my car back again so they can re-do the diagnostic. I was then given a a printout for work which would cost around $8,000, including cost to pull engine apart, but still couldn't say for sure what the issue is. Additionally, since my car has only 57,000 miles, I was hoping Honda would assist in the repair cost since I believe it's a MANUFACTURER DEFECT. I also own a 2003 Honda Pilot and had no issues with this older car. More

The workers were very nice, polite, but very slow and even though my car is new, I didn't get my car clean inside out as expected when leaving with a car from a dealership. I come into the dealership at 9:35am and left at 1:45, very close to 2pm when I had a wedding to get to which I was late getting there. Had to reach putting my belongings in my old car into my new car and not enough time with the morning into the afternoon to learn the car so I have to learn it on my own. More
Even though my appointment was made in advance they didn't have the part ordered. Dashboard out of alignment upon return.
