I took my Civic to Honda of Abington because I had what I thought was an issue with my air conditioner and to get my oil and filters changed.When I pulled in the garage the man that greeted me was super plea thought was an issue with my air conditioner and to get my oil and filters changed.When I pulled in the garage the man that greeted me was super pleasant. Then when I went inside to talk to Stephen about my situation he was so bright and cheerful that it put a smile on my face. He went out to look at my car a it took him less than a minute to figure out the problem and he showed me how to fix it and what I did to cause it.He finished setting up the details of what I was getting done on my car and when I told him I was going to the mall to kill time instead of waiting he insisted on getting me a ride. Also the Man that took me to the mall was also super friendly…. Long story everyone was so friendly and I got great service. More

Visited this dealership in December 2022 and again May 2023 and each time I had to wait for 4 -5 hours. I was told that "we are short staffed and you might have to wait 1.5 hours." On this day, I was 2023 and each time I had to wait for 4 -5 hours. I was told that "we are short staffed and you might have to wait 1.5 hours." On this day, I was there at 9:15am - 2:15pm. I will patronize this dealership in December 2023 for annual inspection and if service remains poor then I will patronize a different dealership for ongoing service. Thank you. More
