It took almost 2 weeks to get my car back when I dropped it off for routine service. My car was damaged while on the lot and nobody communicated with me. Not sure what happened to this place after the change in ownership. More
I brought the car into the dealership because there is a issue with the rear suspension and routine oil change. The next day I get a call from the dealership telling me that my vehicle's oil change was comp issue with the rear suspension and routine oil change. The next day I get a call from the dealership telling me that my vehicle's oil change was completed and that the vehicle had also received a multipoint inspection, and that I could come pick it up. I asked about the suspension and the service rep had no idea what I was referring to, but he would check with the technician. After not receiving a call back in regard to the matter I decided to call the dealership and again I was told that the oil change was completed and the vehicle was ready for pickup. After hearing this I decide to come to the dealership to see what was going on. And just like the previous two times the only matter that came up in discussion was that of the oil change and the multi-point inspection. I pay for the oil change after explaining to them why I had bought the car into the dealership in the first place and decided to take my car to another dealership whom I never have issues with. This is the second issue that I've had with this dealership since I've owned my Honda. Several years ago I was charged for a replacement key when I had bought the warranty for the key when we bought the vehicle brand new. Will be utilizing another dealership moving forward. More
