Appointment for a Recall. Told car would be done at noon. Never received a telephone call. The service representatives at the facility are professional and good.. We were told the car needed an alignment. When we picked up the car, the mechanic did not provide a copy of the alignment papers showing the need for the initial alignment nor the final align When we picked up the car, the mechanic did not provide a copy of the alignment papers showing the need for the initial alignment nor the final alignment. We asked for these copies. Apparently, the mechanic said there was a problem with the printer. The man who checked us out said he would email us a copy, but we are still waiting for them. More
