I have a horrible experience with this dealer yesterday and I don't even know that how this is even legal. We are trying to buy a 2021 HONDA Civic. The gave us the price advertised in the website. Added al and I don't even know that how this is even legal. We are trying to buy a 2021 HONDA Civic. The gave us the price advertised in the website. Added all taxes fees on top of it and we agreed that they will fix some minor cosmetic issues for the Car. The day we went to pick up the car, they started all paperwork, we added the vehicle in our insurance and they took us to our bank for a cashiers check with a written quote with total price. After we came back with the check to the shop and waiting for final signing, the sales manager came and said they are loosing $4k on this car so they can't sell that car at this price and we need to pay$2K additional. The website price was a glitch. Its a order from their Headquarter in VA and they all would loose their job if they sell this car. We are shocked and surprised with this kind of unethical behavior but couldn't do any and left the store immediately. More

The Sales person was nice. The sales manager Mr Joe is a worst person. How he behaved with us it was very disrespectful. My husband didn't want to do the deal because of his behavior but I felt bad for the Salesman Anthony so I bought the car. The business management guy was also very rude at the beginning. They also mentioned that oh you guys are from Africa here Mr Joe did discriminated because of the skin color. Never ever go to this dealer and also avoid the Honda company. If I can put 0 star then I feel better. Feeling sorry for the Anthony he was nice but Joe he need to learn behavior and politeness. Also the business guy he need to cool down. More
