I recently purchased a car here and witnessed the most disrespectful And mismanaged car purchase ever in my life. I've been in management for 20 years the management kept telling me it takes 4 to 5 hours disrespectful And mismanaged car purchase ever in my life. I've been in management for 20 years the management kept telling me it takes 4 to 5 hours to purchase and they kept blaming it on my sales person when in fact, it was not my sales person at all, and being there for so many hours I witnessed the management, blame their salesforce when I approached management to politely ask to stop blaming my sales person, it only got worse in my opinion the management there specifically, Joe and Bruce need to be removed. They are verbally abusive and very unhelpful and impolite not only to their own workers, but two customers. More

Bought a 2021 CRV 20k miles was advertised certified! when purchasing asked for Honda financing with the advertised special rates for certified preowned! Only to find it was not certified and I can’t get when purchasing asked for Honda financing with the advertised special rates for certified preowned! Only to find it was not certified and I can’t get those financing rates with Honda with a 825 credit score ?spoke to a manager if that’s what he was only to be lied about certified sticker and finance rates 10 % ! sales person was awesome management needs to be replaced can’t wait to see what Honda USA has to say More
