Went in to have a tire replaced, Honda World had the tire in stock (no other place did) also was much cheaper than the other “discounted” tire shops. Big shout out to Josh and Anna for getting my car in quic in stock (no other place did) also was much cheaper than the other “discounted” tire shops. Big shout out to Josh and Anna for getting my car in quickly, and having back to me before the promised time. Also a big shout out to the techs that work on our vehicles, they are often forgotten or under appreciated by the customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. All I needed was a tire put on my rim and they have had the tire for 6 totally days now. I am a single mother and have to drive my kids back and fort All I needed was a tire put on my rim and they have had the tire for 6 totally days now. I am a single mother and have to drive my kids back and forth to school, not to mention me needing to go to work. They wouldn't even let me PAY to use a rental car so I can at least continue to get my kids back and forth to school. And after calling up to the dealership to check on the status I was met by a snarky attitude that was very much not appreciated especially since I've been with out a vehicle for 6 days straight. You'd think that they would hire people with at least a little amount of decency, save yourself the headache and go litterally ANYWHERE else. Disgusting. More
