I am most impressed with the honesty and superior service of Sam Swope Honda. So much so, that I will not buy from another dealer - period. This operation is truly efficient. The service time is much shorter than all other dealerships I've been involved with in the past as well as the staff are very knowledgeable and personable. My 2006 Odyssey Van was recalled for a master brake cylinder failure. The car had not experienced any problems at all, but Tim went through the process with me and told me how long it would take to co cylinder failure. I dropped the car off the night before and it was finished on time. I was even offered a free cup of coffee in the nicely appointed waiting lounge. I have two Hondas and take both of them to this dealer because the service reps are knowledgeable and always very courteous. I have never had a bad experience with Sam Swope dealerships and thats way I own two Hondas and one Toyota, all from Swope dealerships. More

i brought my car in to just get a oil change. but then it was brought to my attention that i was a little past due on getting my 130,000 mile service. i was not aware that this was a service. but i went it was brought to my attention that i was a little past due on getting my 130,000 mile service. i was not aware that this was a service. but i went ahead and got this done at this time. this put my mind at ease. i was kinda treating this visit like going to the dentist. "it is something i had to do but really did not want to do" and "hoping that they would not find something else wrong while i was there". well i was relieved to know that they were looking at my brakes and tires. i had been wondering if these things were starting to go bad. and for an added plus the worked or looked at my fuel injectors. so i left a happy camper and relieved that everything was totally fine. all of my services were explained up front. and also we went over all of the readings after my car was done. i was asked if i had any questions. very thorough. thank you very much. I received excellent and efficient service from Randy Riblet and Shane Brogner (as usual!) and the work performed by the certified technician J. Stucker. In addition to performing my regularly scheduled B1 maintenance, Randy correctly identified the source of a very annoying rattle (a loose speaker cover) and "reverberation" in my audio reception. My bill was very reasonable, as I am a VIP member (thanks to Randy) and my work was performed in probably less than an hour. I am very pleased to be a Sam Swope customer for the purchase of my vehicle and the excellent service I have received. More

I have puchased three Hondas, primarily because of the service department. Mr. Bronger is attentive, and most importantly, trustworthy. I try to work only with him when possible. Don't lose him!! I went in due to flat tire, they were extremely busy, but Scott acted as if I was the only customer there. I had an issue with the transmission on my civic. Larry worked with me to make sure that he total understood the condition and kept the car a couple of days testing and driving until this issue actually ac worked with me to make sure that he total understood the condition and kept the car a couple of days testing and driving until this issue actually acted up. Larry kept me up to date and was able to get me some help from American Honda. Car runs great now and hasn't acted up since. Way to go Larry, I wouldn't ever go any place else for service of my two Honda's. They are the best. More
