My family and I see Jessica for our regular maintenance of our Ridgeline and Pilot quite often, because of the excessive mileage we put on our vehicles. She has become like family to us. I went in not knowing exactly what my problem was. They ran a test and determined I needed a new battery. I waited exactly how long I was told I would wait, 2 hours (which might not always happen).
