Took my car (2000 Honda Accord) in for an oil change and a multipoint inspection before going on a long trip. When I picked up the car, apparently my brake fluid was low and transmission fluid needed to be a multipoint inspection before going on a long trip. When I picked up the car, apparently my brake fluid was low and transmission fluid needed to be replaced because it was dirty and, according to Richard, hadn't been replaced in 5 years. ~$90 fixes each. The transmission thing surprised me, as I had just gotten the transmission rebuilt two weeks prior. I mentioned it to Richard, but he just said that the fluid looked dirty I called up the tramission shop and, sure enough, told me the fluid was new and invited me to check the transmission fluid myself using the dipstick. Sure enough, it was clear. Yes, I'm a young guy who doesn't seem to know much about cars. However, Richard straight up lied to me More

In previous visits to Sam Swope Honda World I received the required express service needed for my 2008 Honda Accord. Without a doubt, Scott Reeb extended service "above and beyond" any I had previously e the required express service needed for my 2008 Honda Accord. Without a doubt, Scott Reeb extended service "above and beyond" any I had previously experienced. He initially thought the service would require 2.5 hrs, but the work was completed (w/free carwash), in 1.75 hrs. He also had given a cost estimate that exceeded what I actually ended up paying. That is ALWAYS GREAT NEWS!!! I believe it was a shoe salesperson who provided me with this level of service...about 2 decades ago! The service is fantastic every time I go to have my oil changed etc. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Richard in the service dept is great, so nice and friendly and is always up front when it comes to changed etc. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend, most people say that taking your car to the dealer for service is too expensive, but that is not the case with Sam Swope, with the VIP Club you get so many awesome deals and coupons in the mail when it's time for service!
