Very poor customer service I have made an appointment for 5k service with nick scott and when I went on my appointment date the rep with whom I have appointment have no clue and I have made an appointment for 5k service with nick scott and when I went on my appointment date the rep with whom I have appointment have no clue and he did not explan me what kind of service he ordered for my vehicle. And moreover he just handover me to another rep Mr. chuck and again he doesn't have information about my shuttle service request and finally when they had me on the list they put me in the bottom and driver dropped me last because of that I was late for my meeting. Totally horrible experience. More

Thanks to the free inspection check offered by the dealership, they found out that my rear break pad(driver side) needs to be replaced. My wife and I brought a brand new 2013 Honda Accord for 25,000.00, a year into ownership the tires are feathering for some reason and car starts a lou My wife and I brought a brand new 2013 Honda Accord for 25,000.00, a year into ownership the tires are feathering for some reason and car starts a loud rumbling while driving down highway. After dealership service claims that they have fixed the problem that caused the tires to feather; they tell me and my wife we must purchase a set of brand new tires to stop the rumbling. Where was....the customer service? or assistance in resolving the problem. We had stopped driving the car and left it at the dealership. Very soon afterwards we heard from our salesman Jim Hubert, he placed us in contact with management (Mike Porro) who quickly resolved our problem, and apologized for an event that turned out to be a teaching moment for the Sam Swope service dept. The cost of tires were taken care of, along with it came a courteously placed apology to my wife and I from Jim and Mike. This is my second new Honda from Sam Swope, and won't be my families last I felt they really performed outstandingly for a customer who potentially could have been lost More
Dave rocks!! I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left the dealership and received a call from Dave that they had found an impact bubble on the I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left the dealership and received a call from Dave that they had found an impact bubble on the inside of the front passenger tire and the tire needed to be replaced. I mentioned that the back driver's side tire also appeared to be leaking air. Dave priced a new tire for me and I approved the service. He then called me back and said that he had good news for me because they were going to be able to replace my tire for free due to some warranty on the car when I had purchased it (don't remember exactly what) and they had found the leak in my other tire which they were also going to able to fix free of charge. He always is very friendly and goes above and beyond to address any issues I have. I definitely will be continuing to be a customer! More

Tried to tell me that my car's transmission issue was not covered by my extended warranty. The warranty company i was told to call then said my issue was covered by my HONDA warranty. Then, after they determined the issue was not my fault (not a clutch issue), they test drove it and "weren't able to duplicate the issue". I will be taking my car to another Honda from now on- there are at least two more in the city. More
Stopped in for the regularly scheduled maintenance visit. Jessica gave a very warm, friendly Welcome and then continued to advice the required and optional service required on this visit. During the visit she came back to explain that the battery had tested in a questionable range and advised that it be replaced now as it was still under warranty. Upon delivery back to me Jessica explained fully all test and inspections which had been done and explanation of the final itemized billing. This was a top level service experience! We brought our Civic in Thursday evening to get an oil change (close to closing time in the shop)and was greeted by Jessica with all her inthusiasim and right away we felt comfortable bringing the car int change (close to closing time in the shop)and was greeted by Jessica with all her inthusiasim and right away we felt comfortable bringing the car into Swope. We have been looking to put new tires on our Civic so I asked Jessica for a quote and she gave me one quote and then said we can do better on price with Goodyear Brand and by that she saved us $200. We brought the Civic back Friday morning and requested Jessica to write us up for tires. Thanks to Jessica and many thanks to our friends at Sam Swope Honda. We trust ALL our service on the Civic to you guys and you have never failed. Keep up the great work. More
