During my time in the lounge, I visited with my salesman (Nick) and Josh who gave me info on potential trade value for my CRV on a new 2017 model. Sarah came and got me and she explained all that was done on my vehicle. We wrapped things up and I was on my way. Before leaving, Sarah presented me with a coupon for a future oil change. She had noted from looking at my cap that I was a military veteran from the Viernam War era. That is REAL,CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why we have purchased multiple Hondas from these folks and have all my maintenance and service preformed here. More

My CRV horn would randomly go off. I called the service dept and talked to Mike Kavanaugh, told him my problem. I took my car in Fri morning and took the shuttle home. They did diagnostic test, which I was told the price of. When I called later in the day to check, I was told they had removed the airbag, which had been on recall and had been installed in Aug., and were putting it back together and would test drive. When I picked up my car later, Mike explained to me everything they did, and were thinking the airbag recall install may have messed up the horn, and to my surprise I was not charged the diagnostic fee. So far my horn has not gone off and I'm hoping that was the problem. I appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of the service and also appreciate the shuttle to and from. More
