Excellent Service for my 2014 Honda Accord i brought my car in on Tuesday, March 14, for an oil change, rotation of my tires and other routine maintenance. It was suggested that I needed an al i brought my car in on Tuesday, March 14, for an oil change, rotation of my tires and other routine maintenance. It was suggested that I needed an alignment. I had a 10% discount coupon which was applied to my cost for the work. I arrived at 7:45 and was told that my car would be ready at 9:15. I was told a 8:45 that my car was ready. This was a great surprise and very much appreciated. I am very impressed with the paperwork which I was given that shows everything that was done and the cost. I was told that my car would be washed, but I got in my car I found that it had not been washed. I called back at 3 and was told to bring the car back for it was too cold that morning to wash it while I was there. I am very impressed with your employees and the excellent customer service they provide. My very favorite lady in the service department is Debra Judd. She is always so professional, kind, helpful, and gives 150% to see that service on my car is done the best it can be done. More
Tire issue I had an unanticipated service need on my way to an appointment. When the "Check tire pressure" light came on, I resigned myself to the fact that I w I had an unanticipated service need on my way to an appointment. When the "Check tire pressure" light came on, I resigned myself to the fact that I would just have to be late for the appointment. Because my dealership is so conveniently located, I was able to stop there on my way out of town. I pulled right into the Express Service bay, told the service technician what the problem was according to the display and they immediately put my car up on the rack and fixed my problem. I had my tire fixed, and my car washed and shiny in a matter of minutes and made it to my appointment ON TIME!!! Thanks Honda World! More

They were also able to fit in the exchange of a recalled air bag even though I didn't even know it was needed. The waiting area is comfortable, with tv, newspapers and other amenities. More

My service advisor, Tim Gaines I called the Honda dealership and scheduled a visit for y wife's Honda CRV to have the DRIVER AIRBAG INFLATOR replaced. My service advisor, Tim Gaines, was polite and informative and took good care of me. The service was expeted to run between 2-3 hours and a was done in less than 90 minutes. While there Tim also gave me the time to ask maintenance questions about my honda civic. Tim was very helpful. I also like the waiting room which is perfect place to relax or do some work. A staff member offered water, coffee and tea to everyone in the room. I am long time and happy customer of Honda World. I am pleased with the excellent care I received on Tuesday, February 28. More
