Doug West is the best! Doug West is the best service advisor I've ever had at any dealership in Kentucky or Missouri. When I had an issue with the way a previous discrepancy Doug West is the best service advisor I've ever had at any dealership in Kentucky or Missouri. When I had an issue with the way a previous discrepancy was handled due to the time limits of the warranty he went through the extra steps to make sure I was treated fairly. I'll just be fair and say I was not exactly that Pleasant at that time but Doug remained calm and took care of what he said he was going to take care of. So I apologized to Doug for being a xxxxx and told him I will definitely be back. Douglas can be my service advisor anytime! More

Quick Service Ryan, the service adviser was excellent. I got there and explained what I needed done. He checked the cost of the services and advised that the requ Ryan, the service adviser was excellent. I got there and explained what I needed done. He checked the cost of the services and advised that the requested work would be done in on longer than 90 minutes. That was great for me as I had other appointments for the day. within about 65 to 70 minutes he came to advise me my car was ready. The work was done as requested and I was on my way well within the time frame he had given me. Ryan himself was an asset to the dealership in that he displayed a total commitment to insuring that I was totally satisfied with the service performed and would what to return for additional service when needed.
