She was professional, knowledgeable, spoke clearly and helped me to feel that I was placing my vehicle in competent hands. She briefly explained what could and could not be done in express service and helped me to quickly understand what would have to be scheduled for a future visit. She also made sure I knew where I could go to have a comfortable wait while my car was being serviced. More
