When we realized the job was going to take longer than originally expected I was offered a vehicle for the evening to cut down on the inconvenience to me. I worked with Deborah Judd and even one of the service managers Russell Graves gave me a call to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this place!! More

Great Experience! I went in for service with a service adviser (Debra). She and Honda went above and beyond to make sure that my car was well serviced as I needed a par I went in for service with a service adviser (Debra). She and Honda went above and beyond to make sure that my car was well serviced as I needed a part that was going to cost a lot of money, even though that is not what I originally thought I needed service for, and they caught an issue just before my warranty was up. My car also had to stay over night to be repaired the following day, and they made sure that I had a rental to use until that time. The service was awesome. Thank you all so very much. More

Problem solved. I have a 2013 Honda Civic. Out of the blue several problem indicator lights came on, late in the afternoon on New Years Eve. I was able to drive (slow I have a 2013 Honda Civic. Out of the blue several problem indicator lights came on, late in the afternoon on New Years Eve. I was able to drive (slowly) to Honda World. The Service person, Doug, said due to the holiday, the service master, would not be available till Tuesday morning. I was able to leave my car there. I was expecting the worse. Doug called me early Tuesday morning and reported the problem was fixed (software issue) and that there was no charge. I was thrilled. I am glad I purchased my car at Honda World and glad that I have it regularly serviced there for routine maintenace. Thanks Honda World11 More
