The service person who assisted me on both occasions was Debra Judd. Debra did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle and repairs, and also made arrangements for me to have transportation while my vehicle was being repaired. This service department is awesome, and I have been working with them since 2010. I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Honda World's Service Department to others.
