Great experience. Glad I gave them a shot! I have an 02 rsx that developed a rough idle. Just an annoying vibration at idle and even while driving. I was convinced it was in the engine. Finally, realizing I couldn’t figure it out, I took it to Honda World. After diagnosis they told me it had a bad motor mount!? I was frustrated because I had replaced the motor mounts the year prior. And I didn’t feel it was the issue but they said I would need to replace the motor mount before further diagnosis. I replaced the mount and no more vibration! Wow! Ran smoothly as always had. Saved me time and money! More

Another positive experience When I arrived Tuesday afternoon without an appointment to get new tires the service department was slammed with business. But Nicholas was quick to g When I arrived Tuesday afternoon without an appointment to get new tires the service department was slammed with business. But Nicholas was quick to get me in line and forthright about the delay because of being swamped. I appreciated the honesty about the wait because then I could choose to take the complimentary shuttle home and get some chores done. He was also helpful about tire choice. All was done in the estimated time frame and when I picked up my car it was washed too! The only suggestion I would make is to keep the service department open later to accommodate people coming home in rush hour traffic without their own car to be able to more comfortably pick up their vehicle. But this was a great experience ... and one I have come to rely on over the many years I have dealt with them. More

Routine maintenance Last week, I called at lunchtime on Monday to see what the wait was for the Express Lane service & she told me 2-1/2 hours, and suggested that I come Last week, I called at lunchtime on Monday to see what the wait was for the Express Lane service & she told me 2-1/2 hours, and suggested that I come another weekday early in the morning. I was just going to the dealership to get my oil changed & tires rotated. So, I went back on Thursday morning. When I got to the Express Lane at 9:00 am, there was a long line & they told me it would be 3-1/2 hour wait. I said no way because I had to get to work. The greeter suggested that I make an appointment to avoid the long wait time which he says always happens in early summer. So, he made an appointment for me to come back on Thursday at 11:00 am. I showed up right on time for the appointment, my car was taken right in, and I was out of there by 12:15 as promised. Next time, I know to call and make an appointment. More
