Was taken care of immediately when I arrived my advisor was Sarah. She asked what I wanted and then offered some suggestions. I brought my CRV to Honda World for warranty work when my selling dealer told me I'd have to bring it in at least twice to get the service completed. Honda World's Rep who scheduled my appointment was incre selling dealer told me I'd have to bring it in at least twice to get the service completed. Honda World's Rep who scheduled my appointment was incredibly professional and courteous and promised me they'd be able to get the car repaired quickly. She was right, and they treated me so well I've gone back twice for regular maintenance. The dealership is clean, the customer waiting area is set up well to work while you wait, and every staff member I've encountered has been friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll continue to drive from Indiana for this quality of service. More
